Shipping

We want you to get your Gravy Baby gear as quickly as possible!

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-orders are shipped on the date specified on the product page.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Australia)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Australia)

  • International Shipping: not currently available but check back soon.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery method.

Tracking:
All orders come with tracking details, which will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Note:
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are small-batch and limited, our returns policy is as follows:

Faulty Items:

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will happily offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Change of Mind / Size Issues:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • We may offer store credit for items returned due to change of mind, incorrect size, or if an exchange isn’t possible.

  • Because our products are limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges or store credit in all cases.

How to Request Store Credit:

  1. Contact us at hello@gravybaby.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will let you know if store credit can be issued.

  4. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Communicate with you about your order

  • Send occasional updates or promotions (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We never sell or share your information with third parties.

  • Not currently, but our packaging is always thoughtful and ready to gift.
