Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Pre-orders are shipped on the date specified on the product page.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Australia)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Australia)

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery method.
Tracking:
All orders come with tracking details, which will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are small-batch and limited, our returns policy is as follows:
Faulty Items:

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will happily offer a full refund or replacement.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Change of Mind / Size Issues:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We may offer store credit for items returned due to change of mind, incorrect size, or if an exchange isn’t possible.

Because our products are limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges or store credit in all cases.
